What does it mean that you are licensed, bonded, and insured?

In order to serve our customers in the best possible way, both professionally and legally, it is important that we are fully licensed, bonded, and insured.

Bonding requires a similar background check, fingerprinting, and criminal check. We also maintain insurance in case your property is damaged during a repair or if faulty work leads to loss.

All of this is in order to protect you, the customer. Our customers are always the top priority.

Can you give me an estimate over the phone?

Depending on the need, yes we can. If you are locked out of your car or home, we can usually give you an accurate estimate over the phone.

For more complex solutions, we will need to meet with you first to ascertain your specific requirements before quoting you an estimate.

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept cash and all major credit cards.

What if I need a locksmith service that you haven’t listed on your Services page?
